Post PAF Engineering branch CSC

I want to join PAF engineering branch but I'm worried about medical examination because I had two surgeries back in 2020 of pilonidal sinus and I'm also suffering from mild constipation and piles. Last year piles problem was severe but now I'm recovering from it. Kindly tell me will it affect my application during the medical examination?
