I m sharing my personal experiience. In interview I was asked these questions from which u'll b able to understand which things u r required to prepare.
1. Who is ur best friend?
2. any good or bad qualities or habits of her?
3. KKH is abreviation of which? it is very popular project these days.(I could not answer as my general knowledge is very week)
4. pascal is unit of which?
5. U know dua-e-kunut?
I said yes.
6. tell me its translation.


these r some of them. they will try to confuse u but if u have a ckear mind then u will pass it.

Dear salman
I have to appear in Psychological test on 12 july 2010 for SPSSC in IT branch.
As your reply to first post is very helpfull in which you write about test in detail.
Now can you please tell me some usefull techniques to pass the test. And any other information that you miss in the reply to the very first post.
And one thing more, is this test will be of one day or more and when the result will announce

Hi every one,

Friends i have cleared my initial test and medical..Now i have been given a date for initial interview. Can any one give me useful advice to clear this interview?
Any kindly post A-Z process of psychological test. I ll be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.

in initial there will be no psycho test it will be in ISSB. So be confident in interview and pray.........
Initial interview more depend on luck.........

also practice general knowledge, capital of countries, neighbor countries of Pakistan like east west and south and in Islamiat learn Iman ki sifaty i.e imanay Mufasil and Imanay Mujamil and 6 kalima and subject related math physics and chemistry and be confident that is all about intial interview

i have also passed Initial intelligence test & academic n now my medical test is due by 29th .... can u provide me the details of your psychological test & interview which will be held on 28th Dec 2010... and also give me ur contac t details ..

I applied for Education branch ... and your branch is ?

I applied for Logistics branch....Hope you cleared your medical, as today was your medical i guess. Well in interview, Interviewer will ask you only about what does your father do, about your siblings, are you doing any job, if yes then where and what pay you are getting. that's it. Initial interview is just a formality.. then interviewer will tell you that on 10th January there will be a merit list posted here. You can check your name... Those candidates who will be in the list will appear in Psychological test....
