senior i applied in PAF accounts branch,plz guide what will be the test pattern??n should we go through our B.COM N MCOM books???

Last year I appeared for Induction as Commission officer Accounts Branch but
Unfortunately can't succeed in interview. First you appear for intelligence test which have 2 parts Verbal and non-verbal. You can buy books from market specially dogar brothers in this regard which are very helpful. you have to attempt 100 Questions in 30 minutes and when you click "finish" after attempting last answer than screen shows "Congratulations" or Sorry ".
If you pass than go for "Academic test" at the Spot and when you pass this test too you will be selected for medical and interview. Simple:))

There is latest book named simply "Intelligence Tests" for PAF and other armed forces and other Competitive exams so you can easily get it without facing any difficulty. Every year latest editions come in the market.:))

It has some short Accounts Questions but calculator is not allowed so you can attempt these questions without wasting your time and some Questions are consist of Management, Finance and basic math. I want to give you a tip that you have 20 seconds for attempting one questions so time management is very important for intelligence paper. But you have enough time for Academic test you have enough time to think and solve question.

What was the standard of accounts questions ? Intermediate or expert level ? Can you mention some topics for the studies of accounts and finance ? Was marketing and auditing also part of the test which you attempted ?

It has medium level of Questions You can prepare from B.com, MBA accounts, Financial Management, Auditing and Taxation books. No need to practice accounts Questions because in academic paper you have 4 answers and you select most suitable one so proper reading of books is best.:))
