`a candidate with specific higher education, who is rejected once by ISSB for MPA/GRADUATE course and once rejected for higher qualification entry, will not be eligible for 3rd chance.`

so what does it exactly mean..?

anyone rejected twice by ISSB before graduation is eligible ??

yes if someone is rejected twice from pma or any other long course and have not give three attempts for initial tests of forces including all thrree forces he or she is elligible
