PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTS PATTERN IN PAF (NON GD COURSE)
1. 1st of all you have to fill a bio data from where your all qualification %ages required so remember before and your hobby your total family income and your spouse education etc etc.
2. SELF DESCRIPTION Contains 10 Heads And 30 Mints time To Complete
a. Family Background/Environment
b. Early childhood events
c. Interests/Hobbies/Games
d. School/College/University life
e. Social orientation
f. Religious orientation
g. Aim /Ambition in life
h. Ideal personality
i. Abroad Visits/ country visits
3. English 27 Sentence completion in 7 minutes
4. Urdu 27 Sentence completion in 7 minutes
5. Word association test 75 words 10 seconds each
a. Total three pages
b. Page No 1 S. No 1-25
c. Page No 2 S. No 26-50
d. Page No 3 S. No 51-75
If u misses a word just write the word so that the series continues otherwise series is disturbed and all other words are amalgamated and may be you can fail the test.
6. Stories 02 in English 3.5 Minutes each(Picture displayed for 15 Seconds)
7. Stories 02 in Urdu 3.5 Minutes each (Picture displayed for 15 Seconds)
8. Self description
a. Friends View (Merits/Strengths)
b. Opponents View (Demerits/ Weaknesses)
Last but not the least after the test write and remember what you have written in the test if you have passed the test in interview you will be rechecked by the interviewer by asking e.g. what is your favourite personality? What your friends say about you so remember each and every thing what you have written in the paper.

I just gave the psychological test today. Do you have any info that when the calls for interview be made and when the interview would be conducted. I appreciate the fact that your info regarding dates of psychological test was fully correct. thanks again for that. Till which date shall we expect that they will call us for interview if we are recommended.

Calls will be made in second week of August IN SHA ALLAH ! best of luck..

1.Can I know how many days gap would be in the calls made and the date of interview?
2. What is the exact date of interview and exact date of calls made for the interview?

hardly 2-3 days !
there is no exact date ! like exact date for psychological test was 14th July but it was conducted on 15, same goes for Final Interview as well..

Psychology Test Call for Admin and Special Duty (Not Recived Yet)
 

Dear "Fahd Bashir" and "silentcry",

I and three of my friends are still waiting for the Call of Psychology Test. We were cleared in each and every thing here in Lahore PAF Induction Centre.

I have Done M.B.A. with 67% marks, my other friend is Engineer, other is also Engineer.

We were waiting for the call of psychology test which were scheduled to conduct on 14 July, 2014. But we heard from you that it has been conducted on 15 July, 2014.

I just want to have detail info from you guys,

1. What is the criteria/merit to shortlist?
2. Why we are not selected yet?
3. Is there any more psychology test conducted after 15 July test or not?
4. How many guys were there in Peshawar in this Psychology Test?
5. Any other related issue please

We are all very shocked and worried about this decision of PAF. When we have been cleared and detailed external initial medical examination have been done,
than, we must deserve to sit in the psychology test at least :sad:huh::sad:

Criteria is simple ! one has to get as much marks in the IQ and Academic Test as they can ! you were not selected because may be although you have cleared the test but not with that much good marks ! no more tests after this, there will be final interview, then CMB and then re interview of CMB cleared candidates ! total candidates were around 40 and that of A&SD were around 20 !

PAF Sargodha Lecturers
 

Salam , I want to know about lecturers induction in PAF Public School sargodha . What is the min required height?
IS there any waiver ?
If yes, what will be the process?
My Height is 5.3 .

From all the test centers (Karachi, Peshawar, Lahore,etc), there is only 20 shortlisted candidates for A&SD? ONLY

And all the rest of the guys are only there to waste there effort and time, if my test was not good why they test me and examine me and I were very hopeful on the basis of initial interview and I am also very fit medically.

Any suggestion or help or future guidance from you (if feasible)
