I had applied from Peshawar center and for Legal branch. I received my call today to visit the PAF center on Monday and to fill some forms, and as I am shortlisted so I will have to appear in the final interview. I have few queries regarding interview and other things.

1. Is there quota system in this recruitment?

2. Do you guys have information about total number of Legal Branch seats all over Pakistan?

3. In my psychological test I noticed from the attendance sheet that there were 8 candidates for legal branch from Peshawar Center, do the number of candidates for legal branch from other centers eg Lahore Karachi Rwp would be the same i.e. 8 candidates from each center?

4. Does anybody have information or (guesses from knowing personal friends) that how many candidates of Legal Branch from Peshawar have been called for interview?

5. In the final interview, as I am applying for Legal Branch, would there be a panel of PAF law experts asking me about technical law questions or would there be a panel of PAF officers asking me few questions about law and other about Current Affairs Gen Knowledge and Personality analysis kind?

6. Will the final interview of Engineering A & SD and other branches be conducted on the same day as that for Legal Branch because I think if it is so there are chances that there would be a panel of PAF officers and not of PAF Law experts

7. What kind of forms are there that I need to fill? What kind of things are asked in these forms as they already have enough of our bio-data?

Is there anything else in your opinion that I may need to know? (Plz share that too)

2.it depends upon PAF as how much candidates they need ! max 1-3 ...
3.not same in all the centers ! it varies always like in Peshawar center total no of candidates were around 40 in psychological test while in Rawalpindi center, no of candidates were around 70 !
4.i guess 2-3 peoples will be called for final interview because no of seats are limited that is why !
5.yes they will ask about everything ! panel consist of 3-7 members ! ranked from Sqn Ldr to AVM ! they will ask about Current Affairs, GK, Subject related, Islamiat and Quick Maths questions as well ! Subject specialist will ask you course related questions ( things which you studied in your academics so go through on basic concepts)
6.as far as i know ! interviews of same branches are on one day i-e interviews of A&SD will be on same date, then for legal other day etc
7.don't worry ! it will need info about you, your family, etc everything ! take it easy ... form is not much completed ! you will attach photocopy of your documents and some pictures with it and will attest it as well from gazetted officer .

In Rawalpindi candidates were 102 and for legal branch 9

O K Zohaib Dear.. and there are some 13 centers in the whole country.. the rest is average and maths involved to get the idea of what would happen.. I learnt RWPs didn't get the calls yet.. best of luck for it man.. I am sure you will get through it..

Firstly thanks for providing all the valuable information and very relevant answers...

But if you don't mind I have a few more questions to ask just to make my mind clear

1. You once told me in a previous post when I asked you about the date of psychological tests, that you knew the date of psychological test because your source was a confidential ad.. Doesn't that ad or any other source of yours have the exact amount of seats for the Legal Branch?

2. Does the ad state the date of interview for legal branch? In one of your posts in another thread you said that the forms given on Monday 11 can be submitted till 18th. Does it mean that there would be no interview before 18 and if so is the case can you please guide me as to what would be the date for interview. (Your previous information on the dates of psychological test and saying that the calls are expected in second week of August were almost 100% correct and I highly commend you for that.)

no dear !in adv, they have just given the dates and whole selection procedure ! i came to know today from someone that there will be just one seat of legal so it means very tough competition! prepare as much good as you can !
there is nothing mentioned regarding final interviews in the adv except the dates ! dates are confirmed by HRI itself and only they know about that ! if i came to know then i will let you know that when will be interviews of legal branch ! well yes i have heard about that interviews will be after 18 but i will let you know in a day or two about the exact date final interview as when they will start !

How many Candidates Of MET Branch are there from Rawalpindi? Or from other centers?
