Exclamation PMA Graduate course

AOA every one out there..I wanted to know that is it possible that a person can apply in PMA graduate course (after being twice rejected by issb) after completing his 4 yrs degree in BE?? & Secondly what is the tentative schedule of Graduate course is it offered every year or after every 6 months?? Seeking for kind assistance..

A candidate twice rejected by ISSB can apply 3rd and last time if he has achieved any higher education like Masters (16 years) not on bachelors. But this depends on Army's requirement. Graduate courses are normally offered when there is shortage of personnels or so. Means no fixed schedule.

Right now i am doing B.E in avionics engineering from PAF kiet. i applied twice in paf gdp courses but unfortunately got not recommended. So can i apply in PMA graduate course after completing my B.E degree??

Your query will be solved when Graduate course is out i.e what Army requires...If advertisement will say Masters or equivalent then you could apply.

you are not applying in graduate courses

but you can apply in short service commission like engineering course.

apply in graduate course .

twice time not recommended candidate cant not apply in graduate course.regards

if you have twice not recommended in issb .then you cant apply

no no you can't apply because meaning of higher qualification not 16 year education but minimum 18 m phil or phd.than you can apply in short service commission.

mr asif .


as per army rule 3rd issb eligible after 16 years.

one of my friend who twice not recommended in pma and cae .then he joined pak navy in short service commission .

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Unmarried male citizens of Pakistan.
Age: Not more than 28 years.
Height: 162.5 Centimeters (5’ – 4”) Minimum.

QUALIFICATION

BE Electrical/Electronics for Operations and Weapon Engineering Branch of Submarine Service.
BE Mechanical for Marine Engineering Branch of Submarine Service.
BE Avionics for Aviation Branch (As per announcement)

NOTE: CANDIDATES APPEARING IN FINAL TERM/SEMESTER EXAMINATION ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

INELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Following are ineligible:

• Twice rejected by ISSB/GHQ/AHQ Selection Board.
• Twice screened out at ISSB.
• PUF by AMB (permanently declared UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board).
• Tested with in four months (120 days) gap of previous appearance (for not recommended candidates).
• Tested within one year validity period (As validity of ISSB/GHQ/AHQ Selection Board stands for one year).
• Withdrawn from any Academy/Training institution of Armed Forces on any ground.
• Withdrawn from any bounded Armed Forces college/institution on disciplinary grounds.
• Dismissed/removed/debarred from Govt Services including Armed Forces.
• Convicted in a Court of Law for an offence involving moral turpitude.
• Declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B&C (AMB cannot be requested)
• Declared unfit by any Armed Forces Hospital except those cleared by Appeal Medical Board.
• The candidature of candidate who will temper his/her academic certificates, conceal or give wrong information to gain undue advantage will be cancelled and declared permanently ineligible for all types of commission in the Armed Forces.
• Married to Foreign National.
SELECTION PROCEDURE

Entrance Tests:
o Intelligence test
o Academic test (English, Maths, Basic Engineering, General Knowledge and Specialty)
Preliminary Medical
Interview

NOTE: APPLICATION FORMS WILL BE ISSUED TO THOSE CANDIDATES WHO QUALIFY ALL THE ABOVE TESTS

Test/Interview at ISSB Kohat/Gujranwala/Malir/Quetta
• Medical Examination at one of the Military Hospitals
• Interview by Naval Selection Board
• Final selection by Naval Headquarters

HOW TO APPLY

For Registration. visit nearest Pakistan Navy Recruitment & Selection Centre along with original and attested photo copies of following academic documents and an uncrossed Postal Order of Rs. 200/- in the name of Director of Recruitment .

• Matric, FSc, BE certificates/degrees and mark sheets
• National Identity Card
• Domicile Certificate
• 3 attested passport size photographs
• Registration Form
