first do with little bend in arm and then try to reduce bend day by day.Ask your friend/brother to help you in doing this and bending of legs will actually help you in lifting up.

Grasp the bar with palms of your hands facing you and just continue your practice and hope for the best.

you can do anything with your legs during chin-ups except touching on ground

what about medical or physical?almost everything is discussed, view previous comments.
On phy/med day just your registration slip and original CNIC is required.

Guys, your medical or physical was held on which date? Some guys were refereed to CMH and CMH will examine thier cases on Tuesday but guy at AS&RC Lahore is insisting on Monday as last day

Any body referred to CMH? for Flatfeet exam?

right, In Lahore center approximately, only 1 guy in 10 seems to be fit in medical, to minimize candidates examination is tough
