Default Guidance regarding eligibility Criteria of PMA long Course

Hello Everyone,
I need a little help with the eligibility Criteria of PMA long Course. I have completed my FSc with, unluckily, less than 60% but more than 50%. Now i want to join the Army through PMA long course. I will be done with my Graduation in July this year. and i hope to get more than 60% marks. Now i wanted to ask that if i can still join the Army as i want to, That is through Long course and not Graduate Course. Because i want to Graduate from PMA like most of the officers do. i've seen it on advertisements that if i secure 60% Marks in Graduation i am eligible to apply in long course. But my father who is of 50th Long course says that this is not possible. I want to ask when did they started taking graduates(BA/BSc/BBA/BS etc) into long course. and for how long will they continue to do so?
Thanks
