Question Wide carrying angle
Of late, my brother has been rejected from air force as aero tradr on the defect of wide carrying angle in its right hand/elbow being up to 23 degree. What will be his position in Army as Second Lieutenant? Whether Army/ISSB will allow him if not then please what are the remedies suggesting fitness...???

I don't think there is any medical remedy available for this issue except operation. Carrying 23 degree angle which means he is not fit for armed forces
