AoA,
My cousin is in PMA Kakul right now, he worked very hard and I witnessed it.
So I will tell you what you have to do to pass the commission for the long course:
1: Join the Academy of Commander Arif on Tariq Road Karachi.(He will guide you how to pass the initial test for free, if you succeed then he will charge you for ISSB, fees ranges from 20k to 40k depends on how you convince Commander ARIF Sir.)
2: Do exercises like running 1.6 miles within 8 minutes, Chinups, Sit ups and Pushups.
InshaAllah you will get your recommendation letter then.
Further, if you need any help contact me, as My most of friends are in Airforce, Navy and in Army so I know each and everything and I will be happy to train you.

Practice as much as you can, the preparation material and exercises are easily available on internet. (Gotest.com) is one of them.
