captainx, is correct. They are sorting out the applicants eligible for the post and call letters will be issued, as soon as possible.

When are they going to call candidates for test/interview, it's been so long why do they take so much time ?

Project is postponed for a month or so. Those inside the org are giving confusing news - typical of an intel agency. The insider said in the order of precedence,

"1. Most probably there is a delay of one month or so due to certain geo-political conditions both on border and in capital.
2. May be we'd go for new hiring and new ad - from scratch.
3. You never know, even then, you could get a test letter in next week - if we change our mind".

Now, I couldn't get anything out of that. But that's the update.
