If one is selected through graduate course will he get fighting arms or (AEC,ASC,Signals) ?

A candidate is ineligible if he is twice rejected by ISSB/GHQ/NHQ/AHQ
Selection Board or once reject
ed by ISSB and once rejected by
GHQ/NHQ/AHQ Selection Board. (It's written in Instructions)
