I am applying for direct short commision course through Pak army , for the subject MSc. Management Sciences, i just want to know what will be duties if some one get recommend for this post ? waiting for authentic answers

is it only for males?
what about psychologist jobs.

It is AEC post. That is Army Education Corps and all you have to do is to teach. Your students could be cadets as well as officers. You might serve in some military college also. Pretty easy and decent job.
