Default Graduate Course

Hello everyone. Would a private Bachelor(2 years) be eligible for PMA long course or Graduate course? I'm 22 right now. Finished my FSc in 2013. Have been studying bsc software engineering since.

I got 58% marks in FSc. Completed in 2013. And turning 23 in May 2018. Still eligible if I secure more than 60% marks in private ba/bsc exam? Thanks a ton!
