Nptel courses, MIT open and electrical4u are the best websites for learning and revising all electrical engineering concepts.
Moreover, you can also revise concepts from the following two books. In my perception, these two books are more than enough.
1. Electrical Technology Mcqs by V.K Mehta (covers both Mcqs and basic concepts)
2.Electrical Engineering Mcqs by Handa

Not very difficult but you can say it a little bit difficult. However, if concepts are clear it would certainly be more easy. And one most important aspect of Handa is that most of the mcqs come from handa in all recruitment tests especially for the post of SDO in Wapda. So, I think you must focus on it. Jobs for SDO post in Wapda are likely to be announced in couple of months.
