Default Age Relaxation for ICTO
Hello, Can anyone please guide me if there is upper age relaxation in Pak army for ICTO (as direct captain)??

my friend is short of like 3 months approx, he will be 28 by March 2022, but they need people who are 28(or less) on 1st May 2022. So on this date, he'll be 28 years, 2 months and 26 days Any help would be highly appreciated.

PS: He Has 18 years of education. (if that can help may be)
