ISSB Obstacles

I appeared twice in ISSB tests after completing my F.Sc.
I was recommended the second time but I could not clear final medical due to minor knee knock problem.
In my second attempt I completed all the obstacles except zig-zag.
Long jump is 8 feet. It is the most easiest obstacle.
One needs to be super fit to clear all 9 obstacles in 2 minutes. Build your Stamina. A person who has strong muscles despite his light weight(about 60kg) has a lot of advantage. But the main assessment in obstacles is of courage, determination and tact, apart from fitness level.

Long jump (over the ditch) is one of the easiest obstacles. There is a small trick to it actually. Never ever look into the ditch. You look in and you are done. Because when you look into the ditch, you feel scared and this is the reason why some candidates jump into the ditch, rather than jumping over it.

Hanging plank is simple but a little tricky. Never ever take more than two steps to cross the plank. The more steps you take, the faster it will lose its balance.

i only took first step on the plank and fall down in the next moment.

And its always so obvious that one cannot cross it taking a single step. I crossed it in two steps so I stick to what I said in my last post. :)

I also appeared twice in ISSB tests after completing my F.Sc.
114 and 115 PMA L/C.
I did seven obstcls in 114 and ten obstcles in 115 l/c.
it is the easiest job in the ISSB out door tasks. if you do exercises regularly...............
