kindly tell me what is the system of promotion in Pakistan army. if a man join army as 2nd lieutenant in which ranked he got finally.

It depends on his performance in

Service
Promotion Exams
Different Military Courses

Mostly end up as Colonels.
Above average End up as Brigadiers

Those who have outstanding performance proceed up to become Generals.

System of Promotion is that:

Till the Major rank, Promotions are based on promotion exams.

After that Promotion Boards decide about one's promotion and in that phase courses,appointments and performance matters.
