salaam to all
I am availing an attempt to direct short service comission(Cap.Dr) in Pakistan Army.
I 'll have to go through Pschological test overthere.
Please share sugestions and experiences!

@Imran Malik, i had been went through ISSB tests twice after my Fsc examinations in the year 2005-06, basically that was PMA long course for Permanent Commission in the Armed forces, while receiving the Training for ISSB at Battle Field Divisional School Hyderabad sponsored by pakistan govt for those who qualified for the initial tests and they had to go for ISSB tests onwards, he just told me, thses things i should keep in mind that: 'Avoid talking every kind of lie and BE YOURSELF, whatever you are!! Don't behave Artificially and keep your thoughts positive". GoodLuck!!

Be confident of your self. Do not try to pretend what you are not. Fake self presentation can easily recognized by a psychologist. And it is better for you to have a session with some counselling psychologist..... Good Luck

brother u need to keep in mind some basics all the time
three Key Rules
1. Be REALISTIC, by Keeping the 2. MATURE APPROACH, which always starts and 3. end in a POSITIVE THOUGHT
explanation
1, You don't contradict your sentence completion, in any case what-so-ever, for example in an urdu completion you write one thing , but when the same sentence comes in english (with just a slight tilt, but IT ALWAYS IS THE SAME AS OF URDU), make it sure u r not contradicting this time)

2, WORD ASSOCIATION is not a matter of extra ordinary grammatical skills, u need to go through the sentences in a way that they show some mature approach.

3, AND BROTHER IN THE END, neg thoughts NO ..NEVER..,,.....BE POSITIVE ALL THE TIME,

I have also appeared twice in this exam and yes, I will also say that present your actual personalty there. They basically need people having particular personality which can match to the soldires and their tough life. They use different procedures to find that personality. You are just required to present actual personalty. They can easily judge if you tell a lie. They will never select you even having soldier personality if they observe that you have lied to them.

Moreover, in interview they ask questions from mathematics (especialy percentage, average, time etc) like what is 16% of number 16 ?. I am week in maths and I could not reply the answer of this question lolz. I had appeared in 2005. When I think about it now, I laugh at myself. Wish you goodluck.

ALLHUMDULILLAH, i have got the recommended letter as well as medical letter yesterday.

Now next week my medical examination is going to held at CMH.
Do remember me in ur prayers and wish u all the Best for the rest of the people who r going through the ISSB for DSSC ICTO-2011A.
