I have done MBA (Finance). I was eligible for Corps of Ordnance and ASC Corps....I dont have much knowledge of these cadres....but even I registered myself for Corps of Ordnance. Somebody give men some info about both these cadres.

No, I asked them via email. It is replied that It isn't possible to get yourself registered for two cadres.

The title of this thread is not correct because....The inductions for Short service commission is announced whereas for Short service regular commission is closed. I want to ask what is the difference between these commissions and please! Is here any senior member who has much info about Pak Army...please come and let our confusions be removed.

Short Service Regular Commission (SSRC) Involves The Induction Of Medical Specialists In The Fields Of Anaesthesiology, Pathology, Radiology, Basic Medicine Sciences etc.. There Are Two Starting Ranks For These Courses.. Major And Captain..

Short Service Commission (SSC) Involves The Induction Of Engineers, MBAs, B.Sc, M.Sc Psychology etc As Information Technology Officers, Corps of Signals, Corps of Ordnance, Psychologists, Veterinary Officers etc.. The Starting Rank Is Captain Or 2nd Lieutenant..

I Did Not Register As I Wanted To Register As Information and Computer Technology Officer (ICTO) But This Time The Army Has Announced ICTO Vacancies For Females Only..

Which Branch Did You Apply For..??
This Link That The Server Generates At The End Of The Registration Shows The Registration Status Of The Application, In Case Any Candidate Is Rejected, They Give The Reason For Rejection On That Link.. What Did That Link Say..??

As Both These Fields Come Under Information And Computer Technology Officer (ICTO) (Correct Me If I'm Wrong), It Doesn't Make Too Much Difference In Terms Of Rank Or Work etc.. You Can Choose The Field Which You Like Or Whichever Comes Under Your Area Of Specialization..

I Dont Think There's Any Such Criteria.. The Advertisement Shows The Final Qualification Required To Register For Any Course, It Doesn't Say Anything About Any One Having A 2nd Division/C Grade Not Being Eligible To Apply..

Reference To More Or Less Har Jaga Hi Chalta Hai Aaj Kal.. Lekin Kaafi Barra Reference Chahia Hoga Aapko Register Karne K Lia.. Nd Wo B Army Main Se Hi.. Not Civilian..

Nope.. Even If Some One Is Recommended In The Final Interview, There's Still A Final Merit List And Anyone Below Merit Is Not Called And Is Put On The Waiting List For The Next Course.. Nd In The Next Course That Candidate Is Put Amongst The Fresh Candidates For That Course Nd A New Merit List Is Prepared..

Well Then I'll Suggest You To Contact Army Recruitment And Selection Center RWP To Inquire About This.. Ask Them To Give The Reason For Your Rejection (Cuz U Have The Final Qualification Required To Join) And If They Dont Give Any Valid Reason, Insist That They Register You..
