always write you original qualities ,because you have to give exam of WAT , stories , sentence completion .after all this they analyse your personality . if you write physical fit and motivated in your merits then your WAT your stories and your GTO tasks should show that you really have these qualities.
and one more thing i want to add is , at issb there is cross discussion about every single candidate held on last day . where your whole personality is analysed by highly experienced ppl.so be natural ,tell them truth ,DO NOT MAKE FAKE QUALITIES . ask your parents that please tell me what are my bad habits. and try to always think positive, i recommend you to read zavia by ishfaq ahmad, current affairs , stay away from any unhealthy activities , try to exercise daily.
and i also recommend you to join any academy for issb preparation .

sir i have done BS(CS) hons and then i applied in PMA 129 L/C, i was rejected by ISSB. Then again recently i applied in PMA 130 L/C and rejected again by ISSB.
Can i still avail the third chance in LONG COURSE ? As my BS is equivalent to MASTER degree really need help!
My age is 22 years and 6 months.
M studying in Military College of Signals and doing MS/M.Phil in Software Engineering. I am in thesis phase which will take 8-10 months to complete

Yes you can apply for short service commission .But SSC (Short service commission ) vacancies are not regularly announced .Read news paper for their ads .

Bro the best trick to make good stories is to read good books and read healthy news in newspapers . stories , word associations test , sentence completion test is just used to check the psychology of candidate .So it is very important that first you should try to improve your psychology. how i can do this ? this is second question you will ask ,so here is an ans. psychology is basically a way to understand and to predict and to react after some observation. like if i show you a picture having fire and i want to write a story or tell me what you think about this pic , majority of people live in pakistan say that it is bomb blast etc , and very few said that it is summer camp fire.here is a difference of thinking.
Thats why it is very important to think optimistic and always try to see the positive side of the image. lets take another example
"after she saw a dead body ...." complete a story . a person having pessimistic thinking then he may be take above mention statement in a wrong way. but if a person having optimistic thinking he can write like this after she saw a dead body ,she feel her self very energetic because it was her first dissection ,Amna always want to be a doctor ..... and now from here you can start a healthy story.

this the way to make your stories better :) it is tricky isn't it ? :p well bro to think optimistic it is very important to make good friends , try to avoid news having some violence . read good books , watch army documentaries and yes practice to write stories , this will help you to improve your sentence structure. and try to write on blank papers . :) if you need any more guidance please add me on skype .

I dont know the current criteria for PMA lc ,if they required 60% in inter then even you got 90% in bachelors you are not eligible .

you are eligible while getting less than 60% in Inter and 60% in graduation.
if you want to go ahead with your Inter, than age limit is 22 but with graduation,as your case is, age limit is 23 years.

Yes,you are eligible to apply in long course if you fall in that age limit,,which is maximum 23 year.
