Default BMI Issue for Pak ARMY
i have applied for ICTO in pak army.my height is 5'11" and weight is 88 kg.my BMI is 27.3 which should be within 19 - 25 for normal male. hope so i will clear physical test.in case i cleared it then???how much time would i have to be within selective range of BMI for pak army????how much weight should i have to reduce?????what is max BMI value for army selection??? any experience??? any relaxtion??? thnxx in advance :-)

Ok sorry I understand, you will not be able to see his profile until you send him friend request and he accepts it. So kindly add Sidogar as your friend and when he will accept it sometime today may be then you can see his email and contact him.

I am applying for Short Service Commission Test(Captain(ICTO)).. My weight is 82 kg and height is 5'8'' . It should be 72 according to my BMI . please suggest me how to reduce weight fast .
