So i applied for Special branch LT/LT CDR based on my MBA degree. Test time was 1:30. I reached 20 mins in advance but at entry they didn't allow me and said my pic doesn't match my face. I was surprised because pic was fresh. After lot of "behas" they still weren't allowing even after i told them my time is 1:30. Went to market, brought new pics, they didn't see time on my slip. It means that you can either come early or late, they will not see time of test on your slip
DONT bring educational documents because no one will see them

Waited in entry room for 10-20 mins. They sent ppl inside in batches of 3-4.
Test started
Intelligence: around 70 q in 30 mins
Academic : 100 q in 40 mins

Intelligence: I prepared for 3 days from DOGAR GAT BOOK. Missed around 15 to 20 questions becuase of extreme shortage of time. My tip is dont waste your time on questions which confuse you. Just tukka and go ahead. Figures related IQ questions were easier but i missed around 15 of them due to time ended. Surprisingly passed IQ Test.
TIP: Maker and board is provided for solution. But marker didn't work for me. I replaced marker 3 times but still didn't work which wasted my 2-3 mins. So check marker before starting test and request them to put ink in it infont of you. Actually the staff takes one dry pen from a candidate and pass it on to other candidate which is extremely poor thing to do.
types: figues, sequence, missing part in figure, age related (tom is currently 4 times age of todd), train speed (study % questions from DOGAR GAT BOOK, QUARTER MILK FOR 30 CENTS, HOW MUCH FOR 7 LITRE MILK ETC AND QUESTIONS LIKE THAT
SURPRISE: 3-4 QUESTIONS WERE REPEATING IN THE 70 PROVIDED. So as soon as you see repeat question, dont waste time and click write answer without calculating

Passing ratio: My observation is as follows. Around 20% ppl failed in IQ directly and got eliminated there and then. 10-15% more in academic. So passing ratio is around 60 to 65% . They clearly said they will not called all passed candidates but only call selected few eg top 50% of passed people. Most of the candidates are for Education branch so i think it has most competition (just an observation). So kindly take test seriously
