Kindly can you tell me about Final interview at Pak Navy HQ for Lateral Entry. I mean which type of questions could be ask in final interview?
And a man with resources tell me that if anyone who will be shortlisted for Final interview he or she will be on merit and 90% chance to final selection if he or she have no medical issue. Is this true information?

Sorry for the late reply. Actually every centre follow their own sequence but yes they complete the process directed by NHQ, at lahore centre the sequence of initial formalities was
1) Physical
2)Medical
3)Initial interview
4)personality test
5) ISSB form submission
I dont know why they have skipped your Initial interview although its an essential part of recruitment. BTW did you submit your ISSB form and what is your centre?

Well im not sure either, i was wondering too as to why they skipped our interview… anyways this is how it went, after initial medical we had our personality test and were given issb forms… we submitted the forms and like i said the interview was skipped and were asked to wait for the final merit list then whoever is shortlisted will be called up. My branch is mechanical branch sub/ lt. , PNRC Peshawar
