Pak Navy SSC Operations Marines Queries

I applied for Pak Navy SSC Operation Marines Branch and I am waiting for ISSB. I have three questions I wanted to ask regarding SSC Marines. I would prefer someone serving in Pak Navy answer these questions so that I get accurate information

Question #1
After 10 years of service in SSC Marines do you get permanent commission easily or is it only given in exceptional cases?

Question #2
Is it tougher to get promoted as an SSC Marine or is it the same as PN Cadet Marine?

Question #3
What is the highest rank an SSC Marine can reach?

Brother in past pak navy arranged a training class before going to issb.there are many candidate asked similar question to pak navy psych Lt commander Khalid ,they said I am also from short service commission and have no priorirty to pn cadet.he was very to this job.but personally I feel the promotion of SSC slower than PN and also commodore is a good rank for SSC .but many SSC officers seems retired in the rank of commander and some are captain.


But in last arms forces are better than private sector except who require handsome salary .

Ans1. no it cannot be converted into permenant
Ans2. Yes it usually takes long time to promote from one rank to another because , soon at the start after 6 months training SSC are given captain rank which is higher and good one , for which the LC cadets have to wait at least 7 years.
Ans3. The highest rank an SSC can achieve is colonel depending upon his fitness & ability

Sir i have also some questions?
1:i have done my diploma(3years electrical) which is equal to fsc according to law so navy can accept it
2:my b-tech is inprogress will be complete at 2018 and i applied for ssc 2016 and 2017A so my initial test is qualified.
3:PN selection centre imformed me that come for physical and further test what should I do sir i don't have any idea?

1. Is the intial academic test is same for all braches. If not
2. Kindly tell me Course content of Marine Engineering Branch.

I have applied for SSC Opertions Branch on 19 November 2017. But Test Date and Time is not allotted. I have called several times at Islamabad Recruitment Centre but they do no pick call. Help regarding this what should I do.
