Urgent Help Required in Subject mentioned Below
 

I recently got selected in Pakistan Agriculture Research Council Project in SPS 07
on contract basis and on our Contract it is written this contract is upto [SIZE="4"]30.06.2015. And on 26th May i received and joined pay is also fixed with writing you cant claim Provident fund etc. And when i discuss with the project management they said this project will be regularized but they not 100 % sure.

On the other hand i applied in SPD in Sps 4 i also got selected there and my security clearance is in progress but any time they will call me for medical and joining. On these jobs add it is written Contract basis, but also given medical allowance, transportation etc living allowance and overtime allowance.

So keeping in view both jobs career i am confused i should join SPD when they will call and leave PARC. Please guide me in this regard? as in PARC i am in sps7 and now when spd will call me to join and i dont join them and remain in PARC, later on if project ends i will be having nothing at the end.[/SIZE]
