i have a same question , i have cleared fpsc exam for GHQ bps 17 and now waiting for pre selection list .. what are the perks and benefits ?

Hello dear members. I am from lahore and currently doing CA (chartered accountancy) and working in an audit firm. I have dome bcom and CA intermediate level. Now i have to appear in CA final exams. I am 26 right now. I want to ask is there any possible way i can join pak army? Or any related force as an officier? Or punjab rangers??
I need thorough guidence about this.
