Interviews completed successfully but they not yet issued joining letters

mane bhi in post ma se LDC ki post k liye apply kiya tha , 14 sep 2015 ko test hua tha , 25 nov 2015 ko interviews hue thay , but still abhi tak koi updates nahi hai ,please senior memebers kindly help me . i m waiting for the reply

I thought they have selected candidates and have issued final letter, but now you are also waiting for the same post for LDC?I guess it's too late now and they must have issued letter. Interview was on 24 or 25 Nov 2015 at CMH Rawalpindi..? interview was on different dates or just one day for the post of LDC?

Do you remember when on the interview day, one officer came and said something about over age, and one candidate said to officer that's wrong, they had long discussion and finally they called him for the interview? If anyone of you remember this incident?

about this incident : according to establishment division " ESTACODE ( chapter-2 , Recruitment/Appointment/Seniority and Promotion)" interview officers and head of the department have authority to appoint the over age candidate

Yes indeed, but that was different case, candidate was not over age, in fact the interviewer were calculating age wrong. They were calculating age on the date of Interview but according to law and job advertisement age was suppose to calculate on the closing date of application.
