As for this recruitment drive that is posted above, your qualifications do not match any of the branches open for recruitment. So sadly, you cannot apply in this specific drive with the qualification of B.Com(Hons).

I think people having 16 years of education can apply w.r.f: B.Com Honors

No minimum threshold on age. If you have required degree and your age is less than 28 years, you are eligible.
