Default Career Pathway for NC Sepoy Rank officer working in SSG- ATW
Salam to all. I actually want to know what would be the career growth and chances to become a Commissioned officer for the under given details.

>> Non commissioned Officer
>> Entered in army as clerk
>> Switched to SSG- anti terrorism force
>> Double MA (2nd Div)
>>9 Years of Service Rank is Sepoy


I want to know what are the chances of growth while serving the army in current capacity or can apply for Commissioned officer, what would be the rank then? And also if leave the army what would be the opportunities then ?


Thanks in advance. Please reply if you have appropriate info. Iam confused in this point. This info is about my relative.
