Well as per the Job description. It was mentioned on the online application that all administrative functions have to be performed by the incumbent. Like
1) Management of resources, staff and other related things
2) Overseeing the funds allocated to the department
3) Record keeping of confidential documents

Basic pay scale as per 1 jan , 2015 applies as follows (Note: other benefits are not included)
