now the question is how to prepare for that.
I do not even know what on earth Psychlocial test really is?
Can any one explain it to me with example what is it? also from which book should I prepare for it?

some of my friend pass through in pysclogical test in AWC which was recent coducted by NESCOM team,i am assuming that probably this organization more and less are same as AWC , my friend told me some question was basic math, personaltiy test and other some for checking IQ level...

1 basic math,sequence completion
2 personality test questions (Ap ko gussa kb ata hy,agr ap ko dolat mel jay to ap kya karen gy,your weeknesses and strengths bla bla bla )
3 pattern recognition

Kindly also tell what was the outcome of that test?
What happened after Psychological test, did they take interview of successful candidates?
Did your friend get selected?

Definitely which candidates selected for psychological test must go for final interview else some one do bigger mistake in phsclogical test.:snor
