Officer IT Expert III,
Technical Expert
All are BS-17 , so which one is most powerful.

is it mandatory to have graduation in IT, please answer if candidate with mba plus diploma in it can apply for said posts. thx

Only if MBA or master in any discipline is mentioned in ad
Otherwise MBA , with diploma cases are not easily becomes equivalent, you need to concern HEC, as equivalency will be given by it.

What will be the syllabus for the test?
