Ministry of Defense (Query) March 2020

Firstly, I apologies,if this is not the relevant group to post this issue.

I need your suggestions about the following:

I have managed to clear all three stages of written tests of MoD. Now I am clear to go for Interview which is happening in the end of March. I have BS degree and the requirement of my post (Lower Division Clerk) is Matric. So, what I want to ask is:

1. Should I mention my BS degree in Interview? as can it hurt my selection
process (due to over qualification)?? Can my candidacy be rejected due to this over qualification?

2. And what if I'll not mention the BS degree, can they check it anyway...?

3. If I mention it, can this will help me for getting recommended (finalization)?

Dear, must mention your BS degree as over qualification is your strength, not your weak area, it will help to ensure your selection, so option no.3 is good for you

Okay. but what should I say when they will ask"why did you apply to this lower bps post? " or how can I ensure my willingness to keep this post?
