Need guidance/suggestion

Dear forum members,

I hope you are doing well and are in the best of your health. I need some guidance from you people regarding a job. I recently received a medical letter for the post of AM (Business development) sps-08 from NCP (National center of physics, SPD). Now the thing is this, i am confused about this job if and if i get selected (that after medical and security clearance) should i join this ?? i am currently working at a telecom company and earning around 50k. Could anyone of you highlight the benefits of this job if i go for it? is this job secure (though the advertisement clearly stated contractual), what about sps-08 salary scale (The HR guys were not stating any exact amount just saying 70 say upar ya nichay

SPS-8 equates to 63k. And although they state its contractual it is pretty much guaranteed to become permanent. You would really have to go out of ur way to harm ur chances of it not happening
