Hope this thread finds you well,

Can anybody help me regarding the Nescom interview?about panel?Interview questions? and other details?

What are the Phases after the interview ?

Please help me to clarify that which organization hires through induction 786.
Anyone who has appeared previously in hiring process or got hired please share your feedback.

Its NESCOM NDC. I have recieved a mail from induction786 like 2 days back. Did you applied in July too?

No, I have applied in Nov-2019.
For which position you applied in July-20?

I applied for Assistant Manager -Mechanical in November 19 and my test was on 8th January 20. Then i didn't heard anything from their side and thought maybe i wasn't shortlisted.
Then again i applied in NESCOM in July 20 when their add was published for the same position but received mail from NESCOM again calling me for test on 15th Sept for the post of AM Mechanical to which i applied in Nov 19. :-| but main already 8th January 20 ko test da chuka hun.

So what was the test pattern?
Was it subject related or general test?

Basically it was a MCQ type test. MCQs were related to my academic background. There were 40 MCQs in the test to which we were given 50 mins to attempt them. 5 marks for 1 corrent Mcq and -1 for a wrong Mcq.
Mcqs were very conceptual and basic. Some of them were like numerial based but you can do those numericals even without a calculator.

Are all MCQs subject based?
