CSS is best. As there is many choices in CSS.
But take chance for both do not miss any chance..
Because Navy is also best and provide good facilities

It'z not off topic but a different answer if I write the event when I went to Navy selection centre where they told me to wait and I said, "I 've no time to wait" and then I cancelled the appointment.
Plz don't think me a proud or something as that time I hadn't received the appointment call but it was my sudden response as I travelled 25 kms fighting with the cold wind blowing that day.
This event reveals that It depends upon the circumstances and situation so if you 've no other good option to earn till the ce exam+result+appointment (app 2 years if you join cs) then you shouldn't leave the job Navy is offering to you. But if you have a heavy pocket till that time mentioned above then leave that. Looks Simple but I dun't know the situation with you so decision is upto you bro.

To be CSP officer is far better than the Short Service Commission in Armed Forces.

CSS is far more better than navy. In case of commissioned army officer you would have difficulty in decision making not in case if navy. If you are appointed, can continue study for CSS then avail the opportunity. Moreover, gauge yourself if you can prepare well for CSS then go for it.

CSS is a better option than SSC. Although Armed forced job is not bad but CSS is still far better.
