Brother this statement can be true if some one is asking for one or two seats,,but that is also done from a very higher rank, and for even that one has to reach the final interview relaying on his own guts,

in short v can say that it happens sometime, but not in every course,not in every branch, and at least not in every stage,

v ourself have seen that, it was a transparent process, there were thousand's of applicants, but the candidates who passed the very first stage ( academic tests) were not more than twenty , (this was the case in the center where i appeared)

and even after that for psychological test just 6 to 7 were called,and some more were called from nearby centers, total were 15,...and in final interview it was a very little number of 6 candidates from (my center and nearby city center altogether),,,so i dont think so that there was any sort of sifarish kind of a thing here,,

Source factor is of course there, coz i have seen couple of guys using their source to get clear in Final medical. One guy had severe knee knocking and flat feet issue plus he was around 9 kg over weight, but a phone call helped him to get cleared in surgical. Couple of other guys were almost unfit but their sources helped them a lot. If they managed to reach to the final medical, then obviously they used their sources in initial stages too.

Guys who have sources can reach to the final interview easily using their sources, but yes not every selection is made on sources.

final medical case was exactly opposite in my batch
there were three candidates who were residing in Officer's mess, and were having problem in there fitness certificate, they tried too much with the help of phone calls, but when the time came, all three were given the certificate stating UNFIT,,

and final interview was Dependant on a board, not an individual, the most important person was the chairman, but still the vote of professional interviewer and the psychologist were of vital importance, so i believe one has reach all of them to get cleared himself in the interview,,,and approaching like this is an unpleasant and also very difficult thing,

in my batch one candidate was son of really higher rank Ex-officer of PAF, he was not even in the list,

yaar this is very good result as far as the time period of your preparation is concerned

PAF Karachi centre they aren't picking the phone call, I have tried so many times. I don't know whether they are done with recruitment.

For which result you are trying to contact them? 107 Non GD course? if yes, then selections have been made, and selected candidates have already been called for training. It's all done my friend.... Last date to report at Risalpur was 15th May.....

Can anybody tell us about the type of questions for [B]108 Non GD (Logistics Branch)[/B] they said that test would be in Intelligence and Logistics.

Plz tell me where I can prepare for such tests?
