one question was related to section 103, i cant remember the exact question.
the main focal point of the accounting system is to
1 record all the transactions
2 bring in knowledge of audit general
3 bring in knowledge of senior

all members are requested to post the correct answers for these 2 questions..

The options for the first question was , compulsory, mandatory, may , may not necessary. And I think it is may not necessary as 103 Crpc is about the custody of things during search before two eye witnesses. So , The procedure u/s 103 may not be necessary while making arrests or searches empowered by CNSA.

In 2nd question , I think is not the right statement. As far as in my memory it was "the fundamental purpose when an expenditure incurs/transaction is made is to...... report or record it on public account without any delay. And I think it's the right choice.
