ANF new jobs

What is the promotional structure of ANF? Like if any one gets job as sub-inspector BPS-14, then what are the chances of promotion? like on higher scales, on scale 17,18 what is the general criteria?

PS: As ANF announced jobs from scale 15 to lower scales now you can apply (writing for those who don't know)
