i am going to ask 2 Question if anyone know the exact ans plz tell me

1- relative includes

A-spouses B-father C-brother D-non of these

2- conviction is possible if recovery was made from the shop of the servant of the accused

A-conviction possible B- conviction not possible C- useful in inquiry D-non of these

can anyone tell that the person who are appointed on teporary basis would become permanent after one or two year?
