No quota in FIA for Sindh(R)

Is it not a kind of discrimination?
Fpsc has announced 17 seats for the post of AD in FIA, but there isn't even a single seat for Sindh(R).
Last month 61inspectors were required but there were only two seats for Sindh(R) and those were again sub divided into minority and women qouta, means there wasn't any seat for male.

Definitely, We should raise voice against this sheer injustice. There is only one option that we should knock the door of Honourable Court for stay order.
Such kind of injustice and discrimination is intolerable. We should stand for our rights.
Many competent candidates of Sindh(R) have been waiting since last many years, and they have not included quota for them.

FIA Sindh Zone five Inspector promoted to Assistant Director. First time in FIA women being promoted to AD post Lubna tiwani, Dost M faizi, Rasool Bakhsh Soomro, Bashir Soomro, M. Ali Abro in the mid of August 2015. many political parties especially PPP used FIA as kitchen tool and tried as much they could. As far Sindh is concerned I think you got your answer. There were many political deputations in FIA those were absorbed later in agency and regularised and many were from Sindh. You don't have any idea what is going and I think you cannot challenge this because these are internal matters of Agency. Any question then feel free to ask.

we need to get in to the internal matters as we are affected parties. we need to fathom out its intricacies in order to kick out the employees inducted through back door

And then our interior ministry keeps talking about 'National Integration' and denouncing separatist movements. They aren't fools and this is a deliberate act. We should raise our voice against this sheer discrimination.

This is not discrimination may be the quota of Sindh rural is already filled in Agency. As far your right is concern and induction of employees through back door.
FIA regular employes filed multiple petitions in Supreme Court against illegal deputations and their regularisation because deputation is worstly affecting their promotions.
This is not scheduled induction by FIA, they are recruiting because agency need to fulfill the required seats so there is no provincialism I would again say the quota for Balochistan and Sindh rural may already been filled in agency. so don't take it as negative, yes you are right induction should be for all at once but I think you know about political interference in agency.

Dear for your kind information 28 inspectors have been promoted to AD, and this quota is departmental as per FIA rules. According to you five are from Sindh(R), then why in the inspectors FIA advertisement there is no any quota for Sindh(R). In 17 AD and 61 inspectors you say our quota is already inducted, and we dont have right to claim.
It is crystal clear that the rights of Baluchistan and Sindh(R) have been violated in the recent advertisements.

If 28 inspectors have been promoted to AD, then this quota is departmental as per FIA rules. If three seats can be announced for Sindh-U then why not for Sindh-R? there is only way to file petition to kick back illegal promoted and deputed officers.
