Normally it consisted of 3 portions.
Your academics, your current job and the subjects you have taken in your css attempts .
Apart from that your hobbies, ideologies...
Your take on the current developments national and international.... The panel comprised of the Chairman Fpsc, Director Fia and a member from Fsp.

That group no longer exists. It was active during selection process of AD, FIA. I deleted that afterwards.
