Hi Dear. I have also applied and my application was rejected by OTS and reason they have mentioned is "Inappropriate picture". I have used this picture for document submission in FPSC many times, for NTS and other testing agencies but none had objected.

I lodged complaint and they have not replied and it has been two months since.

They neither have mentioned any picture criteria to be followed. Can you suggest me what should I do?

I have called them many times but they are not picking phone.

I think nothing can be done. By seeing the past record of OTS and the complaints of candidates it can be seen that its the worst ever service so far for induction process.

It is better to directly lodge a complain to FIA because it is FIA who has given the authority to OTS to administer a test on their behalf. You may contact FIA and take their Admin or HR contact no. from their website and tell them the story that what OTS is doing with the candidates.

It is better to directly lodge a complain to FIA because it is FIA who has given the authority to OTS to administer a test on their behalf. You may contact FIA and take their Admin or HR contact no. from their website and tell them the story that what OTS is doing with the candidates.

Brother same is the case with me........ the declined my application and raised the following objection...

"YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN DECLINED AND POSSIBLE REASON IS NOT SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION ON DUE DATE"

But i am damned sure i submitted the application on time. It is injustice on their part...... please suggest me what should i do now?
