[/U][/B]A lobby contains numerous number of black sheep doesn't want new recruitment in FIA Cyber Crime Wing. Therefore they filed two writ petitions.
1: Employees of FIA want their promotions and permanent status.
2: They don't agree with the testing agency(UTS), because they think they were selected through FPSC that takes two years to appoint a single vacancy and conducts test using old paper pattern(No use of new technologies in FPSC test). UTS conducts tests with updated contents of Digital Forensics, FPSC can't select these contents in its syllabus because FPSC working in 17th century.
Questions:
Are new officers responsible for their promotions even they signed their contracts (LAME EXCUSE #1: )
Did they not know when they choose UTS (LAME EXCUSE #2)

and when the case will be finalized.
I come to learn that Cyber Wing needs staff on immediate basis then how its possible to Hire through FPSC which takes 2 years to finalize the vacancies.


I think we all should go in court against this stay.

IHC would not cancel these vacancies until/unless they found violation of law. as you know, these vacancies were published according to law and will be appointed with their service structure accordingly(if black sheep were not involved). Now Assist. Attorney General and defense lawyer can delay procedure with their ambiguous arguments. Court will delay the decision as much as they want. this is simple game of delay. therefore, these vacancies have no chance to finalize. You may counter file if you want.

According to what I have heard from my follow up on the matter is that according to writ petition 4864, A forensic divisions employee in NR3C filed the incumbent that future employments be stalled until previous employees can be made permanent. His request was disposed by the court and a go ahead was given to UTS to conduct tests. That was the end of that and tests, running and grueling physicals were conducted followed by interviews.
Later, Imran Khan (PM) took notice of illegal and fake notifications coming out of PMO for the appointments of Inspectors in NR3C. An inquiry was called that was supposed to submit its report in a week. Beyond that the process either got stalled or has quitely gone through. So, to sum it up:

1. The petition to deny UTS from conducting exams is closed. I assume IHC suspended the claim terming appointment process lawful.

2. No, I am not aware of any ongoing cases as "lionroars" reported still pending in Court. If he/she can share a writ petiton or information about any ongoing writ petitions, I can verify or file a counter petition because frankly I am sick of how the system has been held hostage by a few powerful dirty eggs.

So if lionroars can provide any further information in this regard, we are at a stall here too.

Islamabad high court allowed recruitment process but stopped FIA from issuing final selection letter.

Due to few FIA inspectors promotion case is now in court and getting delayed day by day.NOC issued from interior ministry for these posts is upto November only,after that these posts will be nullified and case next hearing is 12-11-2019.

Clearly, This is a set up. It was a set up from the start. I sacrificed 2 interviews in the private sector while stuck in this recruitment process. Is the Islamabad court just going to get played like this? Why delay the next hearing all the way in nov. Clearly its to dispose off the NOC.
I will speak to my lawyer about this. Let's see what he advises as the next course of action.

Two weeks ago I had a friend call FIA HQ, who was finally able to reach a concerned officer of the concerned department. The officer said that results will be out latest by the end of this month or in the first week of July.

When asked about the court case, the officer said that the department has appealed to the court to fetch the hearing sooner. The officer was confident that the court case will have been resolved before then.

Unfortunately, however, it is the end of the month and the case still appears to be pending with no new hearing date thus far.

FIA early hearing request has been denied by IHC on last Wednesday.As per FIA DD legal they will again request for same.
