I have applied for this post but now I am having second thoughts. Could anyone please just tell me if this is a suitable post for girls. I am confident and I can handle myself. Have no issues from family too but I heard some people saying "wahan ka mahol acha nai". Is this true?

Will appreciate if someone sheds light on this.

''Mahol" is almost same in every department... But jobs like FIA and other law enforcement agencies provide you reasonable authority to handle such 'mahol' both inside and outside of work environment...
I suggest you prepare for the test whole-heartedly since syllabus of all other posts you will apply for in the future is usually the same... Once you succeed in qualifying the test, you can decide whether to join or not...

P.S. Around 50,000 candidates will be vying for jus 33 vacancies... 48,000 appeared in last test of AD FIA

I haven't received any confirmation SMS/mail either. So I don't know what's up with that.
