i have seen that for AD FIA 7 years post qualification is required and for Inspector 2 years in govt or private organization in different fiels including science..i want to know:: is Mphil considered 2 years experience??in that case will someone with mhil but no relevant experience be considered for the post(inspector).

and by the way any news on new FIA posts to be announced???

mphil is not considered as 2 years experience.lets not to think about f.i.a inspector and a.d f.i.a as u people know that there is the death of regularities in interior ministry due to rehman malik.

@zainabhayat; Balochistan has amply replied your queries, M.Phil is not considered as on job experience.

As regards next process of recruitment at FIA, the same may be carried out by the orders of its heading Minister. Nobody can be sure of the time, but some posts at the level of AD and Inspector at FIA are lying vacant.
