I think one cannot be even a day older than the mentioned age limit by closing date....If he is 24 years 11 months and 29 days by 21 Jan 2013 then only he is eligible...Yes there is a general age relaxation of 5 years so he is safe...otherwise he was not eligible...

Thanks a million for your Kind concerns, but dear ye baat mjhe thodi ambiguous lag rahe hai whether to send documents or not.. kehne ka matlab yehe hai ke akhir shortlisting kis chez pe hoge?? there should be some documented proof or wo during interview e ye sare formalities pore karenge..Just Like hum kise job ke liye online apply karte hn to kuch employer sirf online application basis pe e test conduct kardete hain aur kuch documents maangte hai like wise in fpsc so Ap Kindly Confirm karen plz.

Dear Amir Shafiq. . . During applying for FBR jobs, my one friend was in doubt about his age, bcz his age was 25 years and few months... So we confirmed it from the concerned dept and they assured us that any person can apply for the post with age limit 25 until he reaches 26 years... Less then 26 years will be considered in 25 Years category. . . .

I am sure you are telling the truth but believing what you are told by some clerk in a government department is not a wise thing to do...Later on they usually rebut from their stance. The rule that I have mentioned applies for CSS, Armed forces and every other job through FPSC. It is better to confirm before you apply...Even if it is true for FBR we cannot generalise it for every dept..it is FIA afterall.

I want to ask these posts are for Islamabad only or district wise. Please update.

Ministry of interior has lifted the ban on recruitment. It is expected that FIA might announce jobs for AD. What are your expectations fellow?
