When I called, they said very rudely (even he disconnected the call in middle), 'it will be published in 2 days'. This may be the first time that they have sent the letters before disclosing the notification in the "Document Required List" section. What if any candidate not receive the letter on time due to the infamous services of our POST OFFICE?. The call representative claimed that they have sent sms/email as well to the candidates.

It is weird that letters are dispatched first and then will be the upload .Is that takes too long to upload than the mailing process?

Exactly. BUT I don't think, they will bother to upload the list, as claimed because usually 15 days time (to submit the documents) starts when notification is issued (from the date of notification) whereas time for those who received the letters already started.

In the received letter, they have asked for equivalence certificate from HEC in case of degree other than the mentioned one in the advertisement.
In the advertisement, they required Master's degree or equivalent. I have done bachelors in engineering from NUST (4 years).
Do I need to provide the equivalence certificate?

No, you don,t need to provide them equivalence certificate because 16 year of education is required according to advertisement and you already possess the required education.

It is not the first time they have sent letters before the list being uploaded on the website as I have also cleared Research Officer test few days ago and that list was uploaded one day after the letter was recieved.


I appeared in Quetta and I think I expected about 78-82 marks.
